PostSubject: 9 Inch Remix Files Law suite   16th April 2008, 7:44 pm

Dear DJ, We have been able to trace and triangulate the soul DJ responsible for distributing our Remix Service volumes on the internet and so, we are filing a law suite against him for loss of earnings, asides the lifetime ban. Contrary to popular belief, the internet always leaves 'footprints' and we have hired people who can trace them for us back to the culprit, so it was only a matter of time before he got caught. He has shown no respect for our work, and even after been given a warning as a possible suspect, he still uploaded our latest volume. Since he feels he has a right to publish our work, we believe we have a right to tell our customers the details of the person who is responsible in part or whole for the: 1) PRICE RISE, 2) the LATENESS OF VOLUMES (remix services cost money to run) 3) the number of tracks been cut in half. 4) The new system, that has been a heartache for everyone including us! Please feel free to tell him how you feel. HERE IS HIS INFO: EMAIL (I removed his info as its none of your bussiness - Admin) German DJs are proving to be a growing nuisance as they seem to have no respect for copyright laws. If it continues we will have no choice but to ban all DJs from Germany altogether. We have enough customers so we have no issues with this what so ever. Dear customers, we are here to help you and to improve your show and image. We would love to reduce the price and have volumes come out quicker bigger and better. We cannot do this without your co-operation. 99% of you are doing the right thing and we are really sorry that you have to go through all this because of individuals such as above. We think it is disgusting and totally unfair that you have to spend money on getting these volumes, and the next DJ to come on after your set gets it for free from an illegal source. Help us to stop this from happening. Kind Regards, 9 INCH TEAM

Its funny how a (pro) company desides to slander all Germans in this comment "German DJs are proving to be a growing nuisance as they seem to have no respect for copyright laws."
That takes some balls to sy that to thousands of people via email.
